One of my biggest fears is a fear that paralyzes me, holding me back from reaching my potential. It keeps me in a place of stagnation, comfortably keeping me where I am. This fear is dangerous, keeping me in a place where I no longer grow, I no longer move forward, and a place where I no longer strive for excellence. This fear is the realization of knowing I am capable of accomplishing anything in this world. It is the fear of success.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness That most frightens us. We ask ourselves Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small Does not serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking So that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, As children do. We were born to make manifest The glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; It's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, Our presence automatically liberates others.” - Marianne Williamson Now go out and shine your light! Step out on your adventure and explore what is possible within yourself. Don’t let the worries of the world hold you back. Take action today to start living the example you want to see in the world tomorrow. Use your presence to help others live out their example to help transform the world! Be the Example! Carl |
